With a decisive victory over the Volunteers tonight, the Auburn Tigers continue to be undefeated in the 2009 football season. You may say that the defeated an inferior team, but in my eyes, any road win in the SEC is a good victory considering the rivalries and hostile fans. Auburn had slipped out of the SEC picture the passed couple of years but seem to have been revived with a new coaching staff. Given they didn’t put up the numbers they are used to this season, a win against a Monte Kiffin defense is worth bragging about. Remember, the Vols gave Florida a run for their money just 2 weeks ago, and held them well below their averages. With all the things going for them, and the new found swagger they bring to the games, you owe it to yourself to take in the game from the bleachers if they come to town.
