Hawaii for Thanksgiving

     I know, this may seem like an odd concept, but for me and many others this can be a chance to get away from the winter weather one more time before it really settles into winter weather.  By this time in the year, all the leaves have fallen off the trees, and in many areas the first snow has come and gone.  In seattle where I live, it is usually very grey during this time of year.  Hawaii on the other hand is warm and beautiful, but past its peak heat as it is november.

     Once in Hawaii you will soon forget about the friends and relatives you are leaving behind in exchange for sun and paradise.  Relaxation awaits you at every convenience and whether it is traditional Thanksgiving fare or classic island food, there is plenty to feast on while on the islands.  There is nothing quite like enjoying a nice walk on the beach as the sun sets, heading thereafter to you long awaited yearly big dinner, wearing nothing but shorts, slippers and your favorite island style T-shirt.
