Key West Florida

Warm tropical waters, blazing sun and cold Margarita’s. Throw in some great snorkeling and sandy beaches, add a few quaint little shops and you’ve got Key West Florida.  The favorite haunts of Earnest Hemingway and Jimmy Buffet are not the only places to see on this string of sun kissed islands in the southern most part of the US.

www.cheaperticketprices.com has great fares to all the best that Florida has to offer. This traveler has personally had a “cheeseburger in paradise” at Sloppy Joes Bar (one of the must see’s on the Keys) where old Ernest himself used to hang out.

For the ultimate get-a-way where you pick just what you want to do…..whether you want to be around lots of people in town, shopping and dining on great food, or perhaps a more intimate escape on one of the secluded beaches on one of the many islands that dot the keys, there is something for everyone here.

There’s deep water sport fishing that’s legendary, not to mention scuba, snorkeling, spear fishing, sailing and the list goes on and on. But even if you are not a fan of the water there are tons of things to do besides sightseeing, and in April alone there is the World Sailfish Championship, the Taste of Key West festivities and even the Key West Song writers Festival.

So if you are sick and tired of winter and rain and just need to relax, grab your flip-flops and tube tops and book a flight  I could go on and on with the list of things to do down here…but my cheeseburger is waiting, and it is indeed paradise.
